Does the picture to the left represent your MLM Business? Think about it! It’s a picture of a guy riding a really nice ROAD bike (Road, being a key work here).
Today I was running an errand and I drove by a house with the garage door open. Right inside was a guy pedaling his heart out on his bike facing the street. To be honest, I laughed to myself and wondered what his mindset was.
Why buy a new bike and not use it as it is intended, outside? As I was driving, I thought about how this scenario correlates with our MLM business .
So many times reps get into network marketing and never end up leaving the garage! They use the product, go to meetings and trainings but never realize the true advantage of utilizing their vehicle in the way it is meant to be used. They sit pedaling their bike (their MLM business) in the garage hoping to get full enjoyment of it. Are you stuck in the garage with your MLM Business? Watch video below..
It’s up to you where your business will take you. Where do you want to go?

Good point Howard. Almost every network marketer starting out kind of likes to stay in their comfort zone. Believing in new things is necessary in business. What a person has been listening to over and over again is what their beliefs are today but it can be changed. We can leave the past beliefs that were programed in us and realize that they are part of the past and then we can branch out. Thanks fro bringing this to light Howard.

Hi Howie, thanks for this post! This is a GREAT perspective! I love it! Are we using our companies and tools to their greatest capacity? Likely not for a LOT of us! I will always remember that man on his bike … going NOWHERE now! I certainly don’t want to be on that ride!
Thanks so much for sharing, and getting me out of MY garage!!

Howie, either lead, follow, or get the heck out of the way right?
Life is meant to be experienced. Network marketing opportunities and products are meant to me shared. Couldn’t agree with you more my friend! Great message!

Hi Howie,
Great to meet you and have a chance to stop by your blog.
I feel this way some days in my business. This is a great analogy to put it in. I think of the ducks in the water. Smooth on the top moving their feet like mad under the water. Time to get out of the garage for sure.
Make it a great day!
God Bless,

Hey Edward,
Great to connect as well! That image of the ducks feet is powerful as well. You wouldn’t know they are working so hard to glide like that.

Hi Howie,
You are right it is an amusing image. I wonder if it could be because he does not feel safe out on the street? Maybe unsure, or not comfortable in traffic? Too many unfamiliar roads? Okay, enough metaphors…it can take a little courage to get out there in it at first, but eventually we learn our way around well enough to guide others.
